Can't find a certain download

I need help! i can't find the download that takes the grid away and allows you to place scenery and object on top of each other and in the water or near the waters edge.

It was made by RedNotDead, so it's possible she didn't re-upload it after the database crashed last fall. You might PM her and ask. :unsure:
