what if you don`t have the "Folder Options"

I went on to windows explorer and clicked on tool but there is no "folder options"

What are you trying to do?
What operating system are you using (Windows 98, XP, ect.)

It sounds as if your Administrator hasn't chosen to show that on your toolbar. You can also find it under Start/Control Panel/Folder Options. :original:

It depends what version  of windows you have too, sometimes the option is under View in the toolbar
