Pooper Scoopers

Hi

Am trying to still work my way through ZT scenarios and ama little stuck. I have completed all of the ZT intermediate scenarios but not all of the Pooper Scooper scenarios. Are these the same lever or am I being dense? When I have tried to start some scenarios further on they say that I can't do them until all of the ZT intermediate scenarios have been completed.
