How do you create/modify a .dll file? Also, how do you create a usable building, like a food stand for example?  I would like to learn how to do this. Thank you! :D

I remember MarkBell's site had a building tutorial, but the menu doesn't work anymore.  I did save the tutorial on CD, I think.  But at the Lounge they say it isn't up to date anymore.  Are there any other around?
