Designer Theft - All please read

After a few recent accusations made in here I want to make sure you are all aware of ZA ploicy regarding this issue and what should and should not be posted in this section.

If you are stealing the work of another designer in any way you are jeopardizing your membership at this site.

This site's policy is no tolerance for theft of any kind. The resulting consequence for stealing someone elses design and saying it is your own is a permanent ban from this site.

If your design is not to be released here at ZA please do not post it here. This current projects thread is here for you to share what you are working on for release here at ZA not what is being released at another site. Please use the other site's current projects thread for projects being released at those sites. You can place a link to that in a post here only if you have projects for ZA being worked on.

Do not start a current projects thread just to post a link to a current projects thread at another site. It will be deleted and and your post count along with any other member who posts in the thread will decrease when the thread is deleted.

If your design is based on another designers work you must show written permission to an admin you recieved from the original designer.

If you suspect or are sure something posted here in this thread is someone else's work please do not make accusations in the members thread. Contact an admin or moderator and inform them of your suspicions and we will look into it. We take theft here very seriously and I promise you any concerns no matter how small will be looked into by the ZA staff.

If you have any questions regarding this issue please feel free to post and I will clarify anything you are not sure of.

Also please be aware that just because you are not claiming you are the owner or maker of the file does not make it okay to host it anywhere else. You must have the designer's permission to download their file from this site and host it on another. This also applies to translations of the files if you plan to release the translations.
