Downlaods Section Prob

I have a problem accessing the download pages:(

For some reason, every time I try to go to the Downlads section, I get an error message that says "You are not allowed to view the downloads!" or something like that. Is this a site problem, is it coz i have been :banned:, or is it something else?

I get that to but I have not been banned I hope one of the mods can clear this up

the downloads are offline for a while due to the site being too big.  the mods know about it, trust me.  In the main site discussion there is a thread explaining this.
