Help!

I uninstalled my Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection game because it wouldn't start. It kept saying 'Please reinsert Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection disk', so I did. Then it just kept repeating that message so I unistalled it, hoping that reinstalling it would fix the problem. It didn't. Now the game won't reinstall! I'm so frustrated! :angry :bang My mom bought me the $50 game for me for Christmas. Please Help!  :ty

Is it when you get to the 3rd disk? Its a glitch with Microsoft. I had to get them to send me a whole set for free because I had the same problem. If it is just call them and they will do the same for you. It has happend to alot of people.
Lifes a zoo .. so why not build your own? :)
