Title: Zoo tycoon 2 not registering ram

New laptop, fresh install. But when I try to start up, it reports that I have NO system memory (I got 4 gigs) and others who had the same problem at the offical site says Micro wants $35 to call and fix the problem.

Take your computer to a place like geek squad or something and tell them whats happening. Usaully they'll be able to fix it :))

That report is fairly common (you can see it on the official zoo tycoon 2 forums). People have lowered their RAM to 3.5 and it works fine, and some have reported it working when you install Extinct Animals (if you have it). I found the info to reduce the RAM but can't remember it off the top of my head. I can find it if you need though.
