You do not have permission to host any of the files at your website. I know that you would not be able to reach most of the authors of those files to get permission.
The files you have there are currently available at ZooKeeper's Lounge and Zoo Admin. They are hosted there with permission from the designers of the files. Also one file is a site dll and as such gets updated whenever they release a new building or file that needs a dll.
Also at least one of the files has been updated and the file you posted is the old version.
