No, RSN did not put his Pegasus in either of his Complete Collection packs. And according to his documentation in those packs, neither pack should have it. His Pegasus is available separately and in his Wild Wings pack, although it has problems as mentioned above. Devona also created a Pegasus, which is available at Zookeeper's Lounge.
