help with combining ztd files

MinGraphics:
I printed a topic by yellowrose called combining ZTD files last year, and now I can't find it to ask this question.

I have done as instructed and it worked fine, but when trying to combine buildings there are a lot of other files in the folder and I have no idea where to put them.
As a sample I will use the files in the 1st aid building.  I know where scenery and objects go but where do I put the last 4 items

freeform
items-bandaid.cfg
bldg-1stAid.cfg

I found out how to do it all my files are neatly combined and work in game.
