Yes they do. I can't remember if it's a live birht meaning the babies begin as dinos or if it's an egg. But the Dinos do breed and have young.

The dinos do have eggs.  The ice age mammals have live births.  And like the other animals, some species have 1 baby at a time, others have multiple.

If you only have the ZT original (no DD, MM), you can unlock triceratops by naming cretaceous corral. Except in ZT original only, if you unlock the dino, you can adopt it full grown instead of as egg in DD, and you can also keep it within enclosure composed of fences for regular animals, but that's only if you lack DD.

Dinos do breed,It takes so long because dinos start as babies and have to take three months (minimum) to grow up and make them happy then they will breed.

Once, I had an egg that took three game years to hatch and it was pretty healthy. What happened to it?
