Downloads - options.xml file that unlocks all XP's?

Hello Zoo Admin and Moderators,

Mmkay, I think I need some help.  I'm a little lost and confused  !  I was originally visiting the ZA ZT2 Downloads, and then I discovered the ZA DD.  I think I finally understand the structure: DD is the umbrella downloads directory for all zoo tycoon-related guilds + communities, and Zoo Admin is just this particular community.

My goal is to find the options.xml file that unlocks everything for all expansions (ES, AA, MM, EA).  I downloaded something from the ZA ZT2 Downloads > Hacks but it only unlocked the original game (like the panda statue, flower arch).  I'm wondering if I just overlooked the file somewhere, or it just hasn't been posted yet?
