Outstanding Animal Health Plaque

According to several strategy guides, the requirement is to have "less than three sick animals in your zoo at the end of the first year." Does that mean after the first year this award is impossible to get? I'm asking because I'm in the process of making an "Ultimate Zoo" hopefully with all the animals and awards, and now I'm in my second year so I'd be very, very frustrated if I could not get this award... Could anyone shed some light on this?

I think this award deals with dinosaurs.  I also think (I could be remembering wrong) that it's been discussed that there is a glitch with this award, so you can't get it.  No fun!
Are you going to post pics of your Ultimate Zoo?  I sure hope so!

BF/MS made an error in the programming. As a result, you could never get this award.
There are different updates, that make it able to get the award. Check the download site.

I believe that it is possible to get is as I read it once (Think it was momAKAmom)
That person builded the zoo up to 30 dec if I remember correctly
taking advantage of the buildingexperience and then placed the animal in it's 100% exhibit
and voila she got it!
I always wanted to try too but never got around as I forgot all about it
Better give it a go one day
