Endangered Species Fence

Hi

As I have mentioned on another topic, I have had to reinstall my zt2.  I don't enjoy doing the scenarios that unlock extra stuff, but I think I remember there being somewhere to get the endangered species fence without doing the scenarios.

Does anyone know where I can get that?
