EA Help!!!!

I Just got zt2 EA and when I was playing the new tutorials, I noticed that the Dino Capture Team Base was not listed in the objects.... The tutorial told me too place it in a certain area, but it never gave me the building.... Freeform mode same thing NO BUILDING!!! Am I missing something here??? Please help.
