Place the .DL file in this location:

Place the Folder containing the .Z2F file in this loacation aswell
Trouble Shoot:
If the above method doesnt work put both the .DL & .Z2F files in this location:
C:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesZoo Tycoon 2
make sure you take the .Z2f file out of the gumball_df folder
