Preening Walk?
« on: January 18, 2007, 10:24:16 AM »
I'm stuck and BOOOORRREEEEEDDD!!!!

I've been trying to nail a penguin doing a preening walk for over 2 days.  I've tracked them over and over and they hardly ever even preen let alone preen and walk!

Any help out there:crying: ????

If I remember it does say something like doing preening walk or a similar line, but they usually hold their head up high when they do and sort of strut.

I had the same problem. I didn't know what a preening walk was either. All I did was to keep snapping pictures of the penguins no matter what they did and eventually I got the picture. It's a pain in the neck to keep snapping pictures but it did work for me. Good luck to you!

Preening = cleaning. Remove swimming areas, make sure the zookeeper can't clean up poop...make the exhibit dirty, and the penguin dirty. Then they should preen

Oh mika you're so mean to those poor penguins!!:lolol:

I don't actually do the challenges -  I love freeform! But a friend of mine who does them said she had to do the same. If a keeper is there to keep things clean, less preening is needed.
